<\/div>[vc_column_text]With a big thank you to Luxembourg, especially to Minister of Culture Sam Tanson, the artists’ initiative “SOS – Save Our Spectrum” draws a positive balance of the European Year of Culture 2022. Capital of Culture was Esch-sur-Alzette. Here and in the region, there were hundreds of events that showed how colorful, multicultural, cosmopolitan and wonderful culture and art are lived and experienced. Very often, wireless production equipment was in use, such as radio microphones. “This shows how important the relevant frequencies are”, says Save Our Spectrum spokesman Jochen Zenth\u00f6fer: “At the 2023 World Radiocommunication Conference, we must secure the frequencies in the range between 470 and 694 MHz for culture!”<\/p>\n
