The Republic of Poland has informed us of the following fact: In accordance with the European Commission decision, part of the band currently used by terrestrial television will be used for the development of mobile telephony in the 5G standard. As a result, the 700 MHz band will have to be released and terrestrial TV multiplexes will have to be reorganized. This process is known as frequency reorganization.<\/p>\n
A few days ago (3-5 June 2020) the transmission frequency of MUX-1, MUX-2, MUX-3 and MUX-4 multiplexes changed in many places in Poland.<\/p>\n
MUX-1 programs: TVP ABC, EskaTV, TTV, Polo TV, ATM entertainment, TV-Trwam, StopklatkaTV, FokusTV.<\/p>\n
MUX 2 programs: Polsat, Super Polsat, TVN, TVN7, TV4, TV Puls, PULS2, TV6.<\/p>\n
MUX 3 channels: TVP1 HD, TVP2 HD, TVP3, TVP Info HD, TVP Historia, TVP Sport, TVP Entertainment.<\/p>\n

The frequencies (channels) of signal transmission from the objects listed in the table above change. This may also require reprogramming for wireless production equipment (PMSE)!<\/p>\n
Note: In one part of Poland the changeover has already taken place in May 2020 (https:\/\/www.emitel.pl\/refarming_etap1\/).<\/p>\n
Should there be any problems with the use of PMSE in Poland, please let us know. We will then contact the authorities.<\/p>\n
