A new general frequency allocation for wireless microphones has been in effect since April 15, 2026. It was issued by the German “Bundesnetzagentur”.
What does this mean for users? What are the “geographically and temporally limited restrictions” that may now apply in the 470–608 MHz frequency band? Who will interfere with our signals in the future?
